Michael Scales has extensive experience in technology strategy and architecture, currently serving as Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture at Aesop since July 2019, previously holding the title of Enterprise Architect. Prior roles include positions at Transurban and VicRoads, as well as consulting roles with NEC and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in Victoria, Australia. Michael's earlier career involved various architecting positions at NAB, Lynx IT, ANZ, Seek, and PMP Limited. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physical Chemistry from the University of Melbourne, earned between 1982 and 1986.
