Olivia Ball is currently a Global Product Innovation Manager at Aesop, having joined the team in 2025. They graduated with First Class Honours in Criminology from Durham University in 2018. Olivia has gained diverse experience across various industries, including a PR and Marketing internship at Hill Dickinson LLP, and hospitality roles at Wimbledon. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, they have served as Alumni Secretary, Head Girl, and a Netball Umpire, as well as being a member of the Durham University Netball 1st Team.
