Stephanie Judd

Stephanie Judd is currently the Global Head of Category for Body & Hair Care at Aesop, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Stephanie gained extensive experience at L'Oréal, where they worked as an International Project Manager for Lancôme and held various product management roles, including managing a portfolio of prestigious fragrance brands within the L'Oréal Luxe Division. Stephanie's career began with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University, complemented by earlier studies at the University of Houston. They also developed initial skills as a Marketing Intern at Davidson Branding, focusing on B2B strategies.
