Stephen Wallace has extensive experience in product development and packaging, currently serving as the Head of Product Development and Packaging at Aesop since October 2016. Prior roles at Aesop include Head of Packaging and Senior Packaging Developer, overseeing global packaging initiatives. Wallace previously worked at O-I from May 2010 to October 2016 as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on glass packaging innovation in the Asia Pacific region, and as a Product Designer managing a large portfolio of new product development projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Sessional Lecturer in Industrial Design at RMIT University and working as an Industrial Designer at Megara (Australia) Pty Ltd and Pentair. Wallace holds a degree in Industrial Design from RMIT University, completed in 2004.
