Ava Jones

Ava Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ava began their career as a Business Administration Apprentice at AESSEAL, where they gained knowledge and understanding of management systems and international standards. After completing their apprenticeship, they were promoted to a Business Assurance Officer, where they played a key role in managing ISO standards and assisting with sustainability goals. Ava also had a three-month secondment as a Marketing Coordinator, participating in marketing campaigns and data analysis. Ava then had the opportunity to serve as a Despatch Manager, overseeing exporting processes and ensuring on-time delivery. Currently, Ava is the Head of Marketing at AESSEAL, developing and leading strategies to enhance brand and product awareness globally. In addition to their experiences at AESSEAL, Ava worked as a Betterworld.Solutions Coordinator, collaborating on sustainability projects and producing communications. Prior to their time at AESSEAL, Ava gained customer service skills as a Sales Assistant at Superdrug and TK Maxx.

Ava Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from The Open University from 2019 to 2025. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including Essential Copywriting from Wordcraft Academy, Advanced Exporting and Introduction to Exporting from The Institute of Export & International Trade, Professional Certificate of Competency in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering Institute of Technology, Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to ISO 18404:2015 and Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship from Whyy?
