Our Citizen Readiness Hubs are mounted nodes deployed across municipalities as everyday smart city infrastructure — public WiFi hotspots, environmental sensors, civic information points. In peacetime, they serve residents and visitors the way a park bench does: quietly, reliably, always there. The moment an emergency strikes, the same hardware becomes something else entirely. Satellite internet stays on. A long-range mesh radio network links every node in the city without touching the public internet. Citizens can charge their phones. They can reach emergency dispatch directly. And from locally stored cache — no internet required — they can access information about nearby shelters, how to purify water, what roads are open, where help is coming from.

No mode switch. No manual activation. No dependence on a cloud provider that may itself be offline. The emergency network is not a backup — it is the same network, always running underneath.

Each hub is a four-layer stack: power supply, mesh communication, edge compute, civic APIs, emergency dispatch. Deploy them across a municipality and the city earns continuity as a property of its physical fabric — not a promise from a cloud provider.

We are currently in the hardware prototyping phase, with validated urban range testing underway in Limassol, Cyprus, targeting live pilot for Q3 2026.

Every city deserves a network that works when everything else fails. We are building it.
