Sam Westenhover

Sam Westenhover is a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at AET since September 2022, Sam previously held the position of Lead Accountant at Valero Energy Corporation, where responsibilities included spearheading a $300 million annual budget development and acting as Refinery Controller. Prior roles include Principal Accountant at McDermott International Inc., where leadership of a three-person team focused on accounting operations, and Refinery Analysis Accountant Specialist at Valero Energy Corporation, providing critical support for executive decision-making. Sam also gained initial experience as a Tax Accounting Intern at Wonder and Company.
