Aeternum.life is a systems thinking studio specialising in regenerative urbanism and service design for public space.

What we do:
We design, launch, and operate service ecosystems (bakeries, co-working spaces, workshops, community hubs) directly in public space — creating neighborhoods where relationships form naturally, not by accident.

Our approach:
We don't just deliver strategies and walk away. We start projects ourselves, prove they work, then hand them over to local operators. From concept to cashflow, from vision to operations.

25 years of lived experience:
Rooted in hospitality and event production we bring operational know-how to urban development. We know what it takes to run a place that works — every single day.

We bridge architects, developers and operators. Our role: ensuring projects work in 5 years, not just on opening day.
