Rafał Pilaczyński

Rafał Pilaczyński began their career in 2016 as an R&D Support Engineer and Design Engineer - R&D at LiNA Medical. In this role, they were responsible for the full mechanical design of new products, as well as leading small projects in cooperation with other departments. In 2019, they moved to ROCKWOOL Group as a Quality Assurance and Documentation Coordinator. Currently, Rafał is employed at Aether Biomedical, where they are a Production Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer.

Rafał Pilaczyński graduated with a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Inżynieria biomedyczna from Poznan University of Technology in 2016.
