Tom Cacciato

Tom Cacciato has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing in the medical device industry. Tom began their career in 1992 as Sales and Marketing Manager for California Automated Laboratory, where they developed and implemented a plan to enter a new geographic market in Northern California, resulting in an 85% increase in annual sales. In 1998, they moved to Astra Tech as District Sales Manager, delivering a new concept and technology to urology and rehab clinicians and patients in California. From 2002 to 2009, Tom worked at Coloplast Corp as Product Manager and Sales Training Manager, providing leadership for all marketing tasks in the United States. Tom then moved to UpToDate as Strategic Account Manager, utilizing advanced selling and marketing skills to increase revenue growth in large, strategic health systems and major teaching hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. In 2012, Tom joined Southeast Medical as Business Development, developing new markets and contributing to sales training and marketing efforts. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at College Park Industries as Atlantic Sales Manager. Most recently, Tom has been working as North America / Business Development Consultant at Hy5 and VP Sales - US/Canada at Aether Biomedical.

Tom Cacciato received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics from SUNY Brockport in 1983. Tom then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing from California Lutheran University, which they completed in 1992.
