Francois Guillon

Francois Guillon currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Planning & Allocation at maurices, a position held since 2025. In addition, Francois is a Board Member and member of the Communications Committee at Pure Earth and serves on the Advisory Board at Aether Diamonds, both roles undertaken since 2020 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Francois held various senior leadership roles at Columbia Sportswear Company until 2025 and founded Guillon Ventures in 2022. Francois has an extensive background at Tiffany & Co., where roles spanned from Director of Business Planning and Reporting to Divisional Vice President of Global Planning over a 17-year tenure. Francois's educational qualifications include an MBA from Baruch College and an M.Phil. in Classics from Université Paris-Sorbonne, alongside military training as a Second Lieutenant at École de Guerre from 1998 to 2000.
