Jarrett Blythe

Jarrett Blythe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in power supply design and systems engineering across various sectors, including space and defense. Currently serving as Power Supply Lead Engineer at Frontgrade Aethercomm since June 2018, Jarrett leads the design of power supplies and drives R&D advancements in circuit design while ensuring compliance with MIL-STD 461 specifications. Previous roles include Test Engineer and Digital Engineer III at Leidos, where Jarrett authored test plans and conducted complex optical tests, as well as Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on electrical component simulation and testing. Jarrett also held program management and technical analysis positions at Barksdale Concepts, LLC and URS Corporation, respectively, and began a career in engineering at the Army Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering from Norfolk State University.
