Riya Sood

Riya Sood is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Aethereus since July 2020, having previously held the positions of Assistant Manager HR and Talent Acquisition Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at ITM University, Raipur, where Riya focused on innovative teaching methods for graduate and undergraduate students, and as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Cafe Coffee Day, responsible for the complete recruitment and selection process. Riya also gained early HR experience as an intern at Airtel, focusing on hiring Express Customer Relationship Officers. Riya holds an MBA in Human Resources from FLAME University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ITM University, Raipur.
