From concept to culture, Aetheric helps MI brands design, refine, and launch world-class products that resonate — sonically and commercially.

Founded by Guy Licata, a lifelong musician, product developer, and educator, Aetheric is a strategic consultancy built to help MI brands push forward — with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

Guy brings over 20 years of experience across performance, product design, and brand strategy. As the founder of Reflexx, he developed one of the most respected practice pad platforms in the industry — later acquired by the Avedis Zildjian Company, where he served as Global Innovation Manager. He’s also taught at Drummers Collective, led high-profile artist prep (including Riz Ahmed for Sound of Metal and H.E.R. for the Oscars), and advised startups and major brands alike.

Aetheric exists to bring that cross-disciplinary fluency into sharp focus — building products that are innovative, manufacturable, and artist-driven from day one.
