Joe Browne

Joe Browne has extensive work experience in various executive and non-executive roles. Joe is currently serving as the Executive Chairman of CrescoNet since December 2020. Prior to that, Joe held the positions of Executive Chairman (Intellihub Ventures) and Group Chief Financial Officer at intelliHUB Group starting in 2018. Joe also served as a Non-Executive Director at Aetheros since November 2019.

In their earlier career, Joe held the role of Executive Chairman at SRXGlobal from 2006 onwards. Joe was a Non-Executive Director at Redgroup Retail from August 2010 to May 2011 and at Interactive Pty Ltd from October 2006 to February 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director, CFO, and COO at Alphawest from 2001 to 2006.

Joe's earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer (ANZ) at Pirelli from 1999 to 2001, Regional Commercial Manager at Boral Construction Materials from 1997 to 1999, and Chief Financial Officer at Jaguar Land Rover Australia from 1993 to 1997. Overall, Joe Browne has a wealth of experience in executive leadership and financial management in various industries.

Joe Browne completed their Secondary School education at St Benildus College from 1972 to 1978. Joe then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at University College Dublin from 1978 to 1981. Following that, they attended University College Dublin again from 1981 to 1982 and obtained a Master of Accounting degree. In 1984, Joe Browne enrolled at Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they earned an ACA/FCA degree in 1984. Joe furthered their education at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and obtained an ACA degree in 1985.
