Lars Pedersen

Lars Pedersen is an experienced Atlassian specialist with a robust background in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, currently employed at aety since November 2019. Lars has expertise in setting up service desks from the ground up and optimizing existing setups, alongside conducting sanity checks of Jira projects and automating workflows to streamline operations. Previously, Lars served as a business consultant at FDC, focusing on SAFe methodologies and providing support as a Jira superuser, and at Nordic Insurance Software, where responsibilities included customer process analysis, documentation, T-SQL data extraction, and report generation. Early career experience at Hi3G Denmark involved delivery coordination, customer support, and retention efforts.
