Igor Bul

Igor Bul is a seasoned engineer specializing in photonics and semiconductor process integration, currently serving as a Senior Photonics Process Integration Engineer at Aeva since July 2021. Prior to this role, Igor worked at Rockley Photonics Inc. as a Senior Process Integration Engineer and at Ostendo Technologies as a Senior Process Engineer, focusing on wet etch and clean process development for micro-LED devices. Igor's extensive experience includes serving as a Staff Process Engineer at TSI Semiconductors, where responsibility included developing and optimizing processes for various semiconductor technologies, and as a Senior Process Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, addressing challenges in advanced technology nodes. Furthermore, Igor held significant roles at International Rectifier, managing process module activities and developing innovative processes for power devices. Igor holds a Ph.D. program in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
