Ken Wong

Ken Wong has over a decade of experience in engineering program management and manufacturing engineering across various high-tech industries. At Intel Corporation, Ken served as Lead Operations and Platform Engineering Program Manager, overseeing server and chipset hardware IC design teams. Ken also held roles as Manufacturing Department Manager and Engineering Manager, managing a large semiconductor production facility. At Google, responsibilities included data center capacity planning and AI chip upgrades. Ken transitioned to JUUL Labs as Senior Manager for Manufacturing Engineering, achieving significant improvements in production yield and cost reductions. Prior to the current role as Staff Engineering Program Manager at Aeva, Ken worked at Argo AI as Senior Technical Program Manager, focusing on Lidar sensor production for autonomous vehicles, and at Cepheid, managing the transition of advanced biochip assembly to contract manufacturers. Ken Wong holds a degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
