T.R. Ramesh

T.R. Ramesh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. T.R. currently holds the position of Vice President of Silicon Development at Aeva, a role they began in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KIOXIA America, Inc., where they served as the Senior Director of Technology R&D from October 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they focused on the development of CXL devices and the expansion of SSDs using High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) DRAM and 2.5D packaging.

Before their time at KIOXIA America, Inc., Ramesh worked as the Senior Director of Datacenter SSD Engineering at SanDisk/Western Digital from April 2017 to September 2021. T.R. also held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Tula Technology Inc. from May 2012 to May 2013, where they were responsible for various engineering projects.

Additionally, Ramesh worked at Magnum Semiconductor as the Senior Director of Engineering from May 2010 to May 2012. Here, they focused on silicon development for high-performance Video Transcoder solutions. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Engineering at iKoa Corporation from January 2008 to April 2010, overseeing the implementation of audio noise cancellation products and the development of the company's core technology.

Ramesh's earlier work experience includes roles at Ikanos Communications, where they served as the Senior Director and Director of Engineering. During this time, they led a global engineering team and played a significant role in the development of industry-leading VDSL gateway processors and modems. T.R. also worked as a Design Manager at ATI Technologies (formerly Chromatic Research) from April 1996 to November 1999 and at Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc. as a Design Manager from August 1989 to April 1996.
