Catalin Ploaie is a seasoned SQL Server DBA and developer of the DIMS application, currently serving as a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator at Aeven since 2025. With a background in systems engineering, they have worked with various organizations, including IBM, NNIT, and Luxoft, where they focused on SQL Server administration, optimization, and automation. Catalin holds a degree in Automatics and Computers from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, earned in 1999. Their expertise includes Windows administration, Active Directory, and scripting languages, contributing to project efficiencies and improved client solutions throughout their career.
