Lukas Rezak

Lukas Rezak is the Head of Digital Workplace at Aeven Group in the Czech Republic. They lead operations focused on endpoint management and collaboration tools while overseeing both local and global teams. With a career that evolved from technical support to global leadership, Lukas has successfully built and scaled teams across four continents, driving transformation initiatives in high-pressure environments. They possess a bachelor’s degree in Mobile Technologies from the Technical University of Ostrava, and have held various roles in service and project management throughout their career. Outside of work, Lukas enjoys hiking, playing piano, and exploring comic books.
