Tomáš Hurych is currently the Cyber Security Manager at Aeven, where they lead teams providing digital infrastructure services in the cyber security and access management domain. With over 10 years of experience at NN, Tomáš built high-performing teams in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands, focusing on innovation in financial applications and reporting. They have also held various leadership roles in Identity & Access Management, successfully guiding agile transformations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Tomáš is a magna cum laude graduate in Information Management from the University of Economics, Prague, and actively contributes to youth development through mentoring with JA Czech.
