Vanya Robiso

Vanya Robiso is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience in technology and marketing. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Aeven, Vanya previously held significant roles at Uber, including an HR People Partner and HR Business Partner, where they aligned people strategies with business goals and supported diverse teams in APAC. Vanya's earlier experience includes working as an Associate HR Business Partner at Ogilvy and as a Lead Recruiter and Lead Specialist in Human Resources at Emerson, where they focused on recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. Vanya earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
