Dave Kersemakers

Dave Kersemakers is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Vitaloog® advisor at Aevitae since April 2024, Dave previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at AZL from October 2009 to April 2024, contributing to the administration of over fifty pension funds with more than one million participants. Prior experience includes serving as an HR advisor at Stichting Radar, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, coaching management, and overseeing complex HR projects. Dave began a career in HR as a Manager Thuiszorg at Orbis and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, a Vitaloog degree from VITACADEMIE, and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
