Saif K.

Saif K. has extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceuticals industry. Saif began their career in 2005 as a Consultant at PA International Consulting Group Limited, where they were involved in product development. In 2007, Saif K. joined Globus Medical as Vice President and Director of Research. In this role, they were responsible for formulating a product pipeline plan and developing and executing the company's Neuromodulation product development strategy. Saif also designed and tested spinal implants for FDA submissions and peer review publications. In 2018, Saif K. became President of Mako Consulting Group. Currently, they are President & CEO of Aevumed, where they lead the day to day operations and is responsible for the overall success of the business. Saif also serves as the Head of R&D, overseeing all product research and development activities including compliance with CFR 21 820 and verification and validation of product portfolio. Furthermore, they ensure proper submission and filing with the FDA for 510(k) clearance and lead the contracting effort with sales distributors.

Saif K. attended Drexel University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Materials Engineering in 2002 and a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering in 2005.
