Clément Gau is currently the Director of ESG Asset Management and Development Logistics for Europe at AEW, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Technical Real Estate Manager and a Senior Technical Manager for Portfolio Management at Logicor from 2017 to 2021. Clément also worked as a Project Manager for EMEA at Source8 and held a secondment as a Programme Manager at Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. Earlier in their career, they were a Jr Project Manager at Groupe Kardham from 2010 to 2014. Clément is pursuing an MSc. in Project and Property Management at the University J. Fourier in partnership with the School of Architecture, Town Planning Institute-Grenoble.
