Craig Smith

Craig Smith has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management. At Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company, Craig served as Commercial Loan Servicing Manager, overseeing a $2.5 billion FHA multi-family portfolio and commercial assets from March 1987 to October 1993. Following this role, Craig worked at J.E. Robert Companies as Director from October 1993 to March 2015, responsible for asset management and operations of all west coast commercial real estate assets. Since March 2015, Craig has held the position of Senior Vice President at AEW Capital Management, managing a mixed portfolio that includes industrial, multi-family, office, and mezzanine debt investments throughout the western United States. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
