Joshua Heller

Josh Heller is a Managing Director in AEW Private Equity, North America. Working out of AEW’s Boston office, Mr. Heller is an acquisitions specialist responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing new acquisition and development opportunities in New York/New Jersey and the Midwest. He also assists with portfolio management duties for one of the firm’s institutional clients, a large private pension fund. In addition, Mr. Heller manages AEW’s speculative industrial development program with one of the firm’s institutional clients. Since joining AEW in 2011, Mr. Heller has completed over $1.5 billion of transactions in wide variety of deal structures including direct real estate acquisitions, speculative ground up developments, joint venture partnerships and mezzanine loans.
