Julien Daumas

Julien Daumas is an experienced asset manager with a demonstrated history in real estate asset management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at AEW since October 2022, Julien has previously held roles as a Junior Asset Manager at SCAPRIM ASSET MANAGEMENT and worked at AEW in various capacities, including Analyst Asset Management and Fund Controller. Julien's responsibilities have included developing business plans, analyzing financial and real estate issues, and preparing investor meeting documents. Additionally, Julien has experience in coordination and consultancy roles, leading a team of educators and participating in property transactions. Julien holds a Grande Ecole degree in Real Estate from ESSEC Business School, where participation in the Chair on Real Estate and Sustainable Development was notable.
