Martin Payne

Martin Payne is currently the Director of Asset Management at AEW EUROPE LLP, a leading global real estate investment manager overseeing over €30 billion in assets. Previously, Martin held positions as Investment Director at InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd and gained experience in various roles within the British Army, including Infantry Company Commander. Martin's early career included work as a Surveyor at DTZ, where they specialized in investment valuation and asset management. They hold a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Reading and aBachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Exeter, as well as graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
