Merrit Hall

Merrit Hall is currently the Assistant Vice President at AEW Capital Management, where they manage a $1 billion portfolio and successfully completed $225 million in property dispositions. Previously, they held roles in asset management and information technology at AEW, contributing to significant investments in medical office and retail properties. Prior to AEW, Merrit worked at State Street, managing projects related to counterparty credit stress testing and data quality compliance. Merrit is pursuing a degree at Dartmouth College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government, French, and Economics from St. Lawrence University.
