Michelle Bates

Michelle Bates is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at AEW, where they focus on asset management, dispositions, and the development of institutionally quality office and industrial properties in Southern California and Nevada. They previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at AEW and were an Associate in Asset Management. Michelle earned a Master of Real Estate Development from USC and was recognized as a Lusk Endowment Scholarship Recipient. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Senior Valuation Associate at CBRE, where they specialized in various property types across Southern California.
