Patrick Meutermans

Patrick Meutermans is responsible for AEW’s activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, based in Antwerp. . His responsibilities include advisory support and execution of transactional and asset management activities in the BENELUX region. Prior to joining AEW in 2015, Patrick was Country Manager and a member of the European Management and Retail Boards at CBRE Global Investors. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector from various postions at companies including ING Real Estate, Heijmans Vastgoed and Mevo. Patrick is a board member of and assessor for the RICS BELUX since 2007. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constructional Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Antwerp and a BREEAM License.
