Pearce Bourassa

Pearce Bourassa currently serves as a Proposal Coordinator at AEW since July 2025. Prior experience includes a role as New Business Development Manager for Europe & Eurasia at Chemonics International, where responsibilities involved advancing proposals for the U.S. Additionally, Pearce held positions as a Business Development Senior Associate, overseeing data accuracy and partnership tracking, and as an Operations Associate, managing recruiting processes for various divisions. Previous experience also includes working as a Field Organizer for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign, where volunteer mobilization efforts were implemented, and serving as a Primary English Educator with the Peace Corps, providing education to elementary students. Pearce's early experience includes a Political Intern role at the New Hampshire Democratic Party. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from University College Dublin, completed in June 2019.
