Sean Chatlos

Sean Chatlos, CFA, CPA, is a Vice President at AEW, where they manage life science, office, and retail investments totaling over 2 million square feet and $750 million in gross property value since 2016. Prior to this role, Sean gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at PwC, working on high-stakes client projects with global banks and private equity firms from 2012 to 2016.
