Wendy Rutter is currently serving as Counsel at AEW Capital Management, L.P. Previously, they held positions as a Counsel and Real Estate Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2021 to 2024 and 2010 to 2021, respectively. Wendy also completed a Law Department Real Estate Attorney Externship with the City of Chicago in 2009 and interned with both the ACLU and the Interaction Institute for Social Change in 2007. They obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University in 2004.
