Founded in 2019, AE Auto (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. is driven by a team of visionary technologists and engineers committed to developing uncompromising, high-performance electric marine solutions. Since launching its first 52-foot range-extended electric catamaran in 2020, the company has rapidly established itself as an innovative force in the yacht electrification sector, with a growing global footprint and client base.

From the outset, AE Auto has pursued a clear mission: to lead the transition toward electric and intelligent yachting. Through its flagship brand AEYACHT, the company challenges conventional propulsion with cutting-edge technology, superior product quality, and sustainable design—gaining recognition in key international markets.

AEYACHT made its mark with the successful delivery of 16 electric catamarans, and by 2025 had further expanded its capabilities with the in-house R&D of 200kW and 100kW electric outboard motor systems. These solutions are designed to deliver high efficiency, quiet operation, and minimal maintenance—setting new standards for eco-friendly marine mobility.

In 2025, the company also reinforced its integrated product ecosystem with the introduction of a smart charging platform, enabling features such as scan-to-charge, real-time monitoring, and station navigation—all accessible via a user-friendly mobile interface.

Strategically headquartered in Zhuhai—a hub of yacht manufacturing adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao—AEYACHT leverages local industry clusters and supportive policies. It operates through a “Two Centers, Four Offices” structure, with R&D in Zhuhai, testing in Nanjing, and international offices in the UK, Turkey, Thailand, and Spain, ensuring global reach and localized service.
