Frances Goodman.

Frances Goodman is currently the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at AEye, Inc., where they provide technical support for production and optimize manufacturing methods. Previously, Frances held various roles at companies such as ConBio and KLA-Tencor, where they managed engineering projects and improved product quality. Frances has a strong background in mechanical engineering, complemented by a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University. They have also contributed to the fields of optical systems and laser technology throughout their career.
