Matt Fisch

Matt Fisch has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matt is currently serving as the CEO and Chairman of AEye, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Gentherm, where they led the company's digital transformation efforts. Matt also worked as the EVP of Software/SaaS Engineering at North American Bancard, where they successfully integrated a cloud-based software company acquisition and implemented a structured software development process. Matt has also held executive positions at Verifone, HARMAN International, and Intel Corporation, where they played a crucial role in product development, global engineering, and software partnerships. With their expertise, they have driven significant improvements in product velocity, customer experience, and profitability.

Matt Fisch earned a Masters of Computer Engineer and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, completing their studies from 1986 to 1991.
