AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Limited is a nationwide contractor delivering integrated Electrical, Mechanical and Facilities Management solutions across the UK. Founded on over 14 years of hands-on electrical expertise, the company has grown into a respected, multi-disciplinary provider recognised for technical excellence, operational reliability and a client-focused approach.
Growth accelerated with the addition of two directors: one a qualified mechanical engineer, the other a law graduate with extensive facilities management experience. This blend of skills enabled our expansion into mechanical services in 2021 and strengthened our reputation as a trusted partner to facilities management providers across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
We proudly support clients including Rolls-Royce, Bowmer & Kirkland, FirstPort, the NHS, and global retailers such as Under Armour, Kate Spade, and Mango. Our services span both planned maintenance and urgent interventions, with teams equipped to deploy heavy plant and specialist machinery. From flood response and building stabilisation to emergency water supply and landslide management, we deliver effective solutions in the most challenging environments — protecting people, property, and infrastructure.
Alongside facilities management, we deliver the full spectrum of Mechanical & Electrical services, including installations, compliance testing and inspection, upgrades, HVAC systems, plumbing, drainage and building services engineering. As an accredited SolarEdge service partner, we also provide solar projects nationwide, supporting clients in achieving sustainability goals.
What sets us apart is our uncompromising reliability: nationwide coverage 24/7, 365 days a year. With a skilled workforce, national reach, and family-led resilience, AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Limited stands among the UK’s most dependable and forward-thinking service providers.
