Mitchell Walsh

Mitchell Walsh serves as the Vice President of Business Transformation at AF Group since December 2018, following several strategic roles within the organization since March 2015, including Director of Strategy Execution and Director of Strategy & Operations. Walsh spearheads a five-year digital transformation program aimed at modernizing AF Group's operating model and processes. Previous experience includes various leadership positions at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed operations management and process streamlining from 2004 to 2015, and senior roles at Motorola and Our Secret Limited, focusing on systems consolidation and operational leadership. Walsh began a career in quality assurance and software development, with foundational education in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
