Phillip Gajewski

Phillip Gajewski currently serves as Managing Director for AF Specialty at AF - Group, overseeing business development for the specialty program division since March 2024. Previously, Phillip held various leadership roles at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., including Regional Sales Director for Northeast Operations and Chief Marketing Officer for Admitted Carrier Operations, where responsibilities included managing retail insurance agency networks and corporate communications. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Conifer Holdings, Inc., and holding the role of AVP - Business Development at Meadowbrook Insurance Group. Phillip also contributed to the CPCU Society as Past President of the Greater Detroit Chapter, leading the chapter to a prestigious recognition. Education includes completion of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters designation and the Associate in Risk Management certification.
