Rick Bartelme

Rick Bartelme, ARM, AINS, CAWC, is currently the Loss Control Director for Commercial Markets East at AF - Group, a position held since 1992. They began their career as a Loss Control Representative at General Accident Insurance from 1985 to 1988, followed by a role as a Loss Control Consultant at CNA Insurance from 1988 to 1992. Throughout their extensive career, Rick has also served as a Loss Control Consultant and Director of Loss Control Services at United Heartland and Third Coast Underwriters. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1980 and 1984.
