Amy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist with over 25 years of experience helping athletes return to sport stronger, faster, and more resilient than before. Her approach bridges the gap between rehab and high performance—so athletes don’t just heal, they’re prepared to compete.

She holds advanced credentials in athletic training, strength and conditioning, sport performance, and concussion management, and is currently completing her Precision Nutrition certification. Amy has trained under leaders in sports physical therapy, performance, and concussion care, including Mike Reinold, Dave O’Sullivan, and Dr. Cameron Marshall, allowing her to deliver evidence-based care that translates directly to the field.

As Head Athletic Trainer and Physiotherapist for the Santa Monica Rugby Club Men’s team—and an applicant for Sports Medicine Volunteer roles at the Olympic Games—Amy works daily with competitive and high-level athletes who demand more than generic rehab. Her goal is clear: restore confidence, maximize performance, and reduce re-injury risk so athletes can train hard and compete at their best.
