Welcome to the LinkedIn home of AFA Fostering! Headquartered in Norfolk and serving communities across East Anglia and the East Midlands, we specialise in a broad spectrum of fostering services catering to all age groups. Our services include short, medium, and long-term care, as well as therapeutic and parent-child services.

As an independent fostering agency, our core mission is to foster environments where looked-after children can achieve their full potential and lead joyful, fulfilling lives.

At AFA Fostering, our values of Quality, Integrity, and Respect are not just words – they define who we are. If you're a fostering social worker with a genuine passion for changing children's lives in your community, we invite you to connect with us. Together, we can create a nurturing future for the next generation.
