Alana Beitz is a Communications Manager at AFAC News since July 2018, focusing on communications, marketing, publications, media, and social media to support AFAC's membership and the larger emergency management sector. Additionally, Alana serves as Co-Editor of Fire Australia Magazine, is a member of the Editorial Committee for the Australian Journal of Emergency Management, and leads communications for the Australian Fire Danger Rating System Project, as well as managing the Australian Warning System Community Education and Engagement Campaign.
