Afai Consulting BV is an Amsterdam based small consultancy specialised in responsible mineral supply chains and the governance of the mining sector, and in particular issues of artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM). We work on multiple commodities from the industrial to the precious (gold, diamond, sapphires, semi-precious gemstones). We specialise in the upstream, where we work to bring the realities of the field to decision makers.  Our projects have been undertaken for both public and private sector clients.
