Carla Caetano is an accomplished environmental engineer with over 16 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Engenheira do Ambiente at afaplan since June 2018, Carla previously held positions at FASE working on the Aproveitamento Hidroeléctrico de Foz-Tua project, and at Ferreira Lemos Engenharia, where focus was on the Reforço de Potência da Barragem de Picote. Early career experience includes an internship in the Câmara Municipal de Torre de Moncorvo within the Department of Obras Particulares. Carla holds a Mestrado em SIG from UTAD and a degree in Engenharia do Ambiente from IPB, complemented by research experience at the Universidad de Salamanca.
