Hugo Moreno

Hugo Moreno has extensive experience in railway track surveillance, currently working at afaplan since October 2022 and previously at Riportico - Engenharia from May 2021 to October 2022. Prior to this, Hugo held roles in quantity surveying and industrial planning at Futrifer from March 2006 to March 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance planning. Additional experience includes serving as Health and Safety Coordinator at CME Associates from 2002 to 2005 and as Administrative Coordinator at Somafel from 1999 to 2001. Hugo is currently pursuing a Nível V degree in BIM at GTI (February 2024 - April 2024) and holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia de Proteção Civil from Escola Superior Agrária, Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, since 2007.
