Joris D.

Joris D. is currently the Matchday Operations & Security Manager at AFC Ajax, where they oversee service, safety, and security policies for the club's matches. They previously served as a Unit Manager at Securicor and contributed as a Trainer and Guest Lecturer for various stadiums during major international football events, including UEFA Euro 2012 and FIFA World Cup 2014. Joris has also held roles in safety and security management at IKEA and completed a post-HBO course in security coordination for professional football. They have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and have undertaken several specialized training programs related to crowd and event safety.
